Another Great Week in Kalkaska

                                                                                                                                            June 9, 2015
Hey Everyone! This was a great week in Kalkaska! The weather has been great, and the work has been even better!

• At church on Sunday we were talking to everyone and a guy walked in, so we introduced ourselves and he told us him name is Ty, and his girlfriend is a member in Gaylord, and he wants to know how the Book of Mormon and the Bible work together. We were caught a little off guard, but we introduced him to some people and he stayed for all of church. We taught him after church with Pres. Hoover, which was awesome. The last question he asked us was, "When can we meet again?" So we are teaching him today. It was a huge miracle. I've been praying for a media referral, but I know that Ty showing up to church was an answer to that prayer, it was so amazing!

• I was in Cadillac on trade-offs with Elder Hoover. We found this lady and then were able to do service for her the day after. When couldn't get her couch out the door she told us that she was throwing it away. There was a baseball bat sitting there so we ended up using it to break her couch in half and take it out. It was some of the most fun service I've ever done! :)

• We went to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore yesterday with the ZL's and President Hoover. It was beautiful! We hiked around for a while and then had a really great spiritual experience with Pres. Hoover. At the end of the day we went to this hike that goes right down to Lake Michigan. When we got there it was super foggy, so only Elder Coziar and I went down. It was so much fun going down, you are leaning so far back as you run down it and the lake was beautiful, but the hike back up was exhausting! It was pouring rain on us the whole way up, it was insane but a ton of fun!

We were able to have some really good lessons this week and we were also able to really follow the Spirit which led to a lot of great experiences together. I'm so grateful to be in Michigan!

Love,
